Google Adsense is a unique Google Prgramme which helps you generate revenue through online Advertisement. You can create a free webpage (like I created this one) to show adds using googlepages.com. You don't have to pay anything as google charges no fee to participate in Adsense Programme. Your Adsense account gets paid certain amount ($1 to $50 depending on Ad quality) when someone visits ur webpage and clicks on adds published by Google (see top). Just click on Google Adsense ad (on left of this page) to create a free account with Google Adsense and become a member and start earning like me. You can also earn $5 Bonus for every person you refer to AdSense, another bonus of $250 for 15 refferals and a huge bonus of $2500 (once in a year) if you refer 25 people to Google Adsense.
You will start earning as soon as you create your Google Adsense account (Google charges no fee) and your own webpage using Googlepages.com (free)
